PORCELAIN VENEERS
Porcelain veneers are the gold standard when it comes to fixing chipped teeth, cracks, discoloured teeth, and closing gaps between teeth. They are made from a durable ceramic material that matches the organic appearance of a natural tooth by providing a degree of translucency that catches the light the same way enamel does. They are the least invasive aesthetic restoration solution because only a small amount of tooth structure is removed for placement.
E-MAX VENEERS
E-Max veneers are made with a type of porcelain called lithium disilicate glass-ceramic, which mimics the luster of a natural tooth. Because of their beautiful results and realism, E-Max veneers are among the most commonly recommended options at our practice.
ZIRCONIA VENEERS
Zirconia veneers are made with a durable metal material called zirconium dioxide. They are an excellent choice for anyone who has teeth that are severely damaged or decayed. Zirconia veneers are typically used for the back teeth to prevent premature wear, thanks to zirconium dioxide’s unparalleled strength and durability. Dental implants and crowns can also be made of zirconia.
FELDSPATHIC VENEERS
Feldspathic veneers are a less invasive type of veneer that requires very little enamel removal, but they are generally only recommended for patients who do not grind their teeth. These veneers are made using a time-consuming hand stacking technique, with a skilled ceramist applying microscopic amounts of different porcelains into a single monolithic layer. These porcelains come in a variety of opacities and colours, and they are laid down artfully as the tooth form is built.
